The induction of pathogenesis- related proteins (PRs) caused by seven virucides for plant was investigated in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L "Samsun"NN) and sugar beet (Beta rulgaris L. ). The results showed that all of the tested virucides induced the PRs in tobacco and sugar beet, in which one to seven PR proteins were induced. It appears to that the capability would contribute to the plant resistance aquired.

本文用7种抗植物病毒剂在烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L."Samsun"NN)和甜菜(Beta milgaris L.)上进行了病程相关蛋白(Pathogenesis-Related Proteins,PRs.)的诱导试验。结果表明,所有参试的抗植物病毒剂都可以在烟草和甜菜上诱导产生一些PR蛋白。抗病毒物质在烟草和甜菜上分别最多可以诱导产生7种PR蛋白。这可能对植物的诱导抗性有一定的贡献。但在产生的PR蛋白的种类和含量上有一定的差别,同一种药剂在不同植物上诱导产生PR蛋白的能力也有所不同。多种成份的药剂与单一成份的药剂相比,可诱导产生的PR蛋白种类和含量较多。

The diseases of horticultural plants and their products will be getting more and severe,with the development of horticultural plant production and installation agriculture cultivation.The future direction of the disease control is to decrease chemical pesticides and to incerase greatly biocontrol without pollution and toxin.This paper outlined the mechanisms about controlling plant diseases by microorganisms,for example,inducing resistance,anti microorganism,mycorrhizal fungi,the suppressive soil against plant diseases.The research and application of biological pesticides were also introduced,including utilization of natural plant products,biopesticide and nematocide.The existing questions and future development were also discussed and reviewed.

随着园艺生产规模的扩大和设施栽培的推广应用 ,园艺植物及其产品在生产和贮藏中的病害问题日趋严重。园艺植物病害防治的方向是不断减少化学农药的使用 ,大力研究和发展具有无污染、无公害的生物防治。笔者概述了利用微生物防治植物病害的机制 ,包括对植物的诱导抗性 ,利用拮抗微生物和菌根真菌等 ,介绍了抑病土的概念及其利用以及生物农药的开发及应用情况 ,包括天然植物产物的利用、抗生素农药和杀线植物利用等。另外 ,对园艺植物病害生物防治上目前存在的问题和今后研究的方向进行了讨论

Tobacco black shank is one of the most serious diseases of tobacco. People mainly adopt integrated management to the disease like, breeding for resistance varieties, agroprotection, chemical control, biological control and plant induced resistance in production of tobacco. Biological control is the best way against the disease for tobacco being leafused plant and for environmental protection.

烟草黑胫病是烟草上重要毁灭性病害之一 ,生产上主要采取综合防治措施 ,包括种植抗病品种、农业防治、病害发生期的药剂防治 ,以及生物防治和植物诱导抗性的利用等 ,后两者已成为当前综合防治的研究重点。生物防治将是烟草黑胫病防治最主要的手段之一。
