Granulometric optimization of coal-slurry enrichment
      


The chemical stoichiometry of the complex reactions in the coal-water slurry gasification process is studied and a mathematical model and program for computation of the equilibrium compositions are presented. When the composition of feed and the operation conditions are given, the equilibrium composition can be calculated from the thermodynamic data.The calculated compositions agree with those experimentally determined in literature.

本文对煤浆气化过程中复杂反应的化学计量关系及平衡组成计算进行了探讨。建立了电子计算机用数学模型及程序。在已知进料组成和气化条件的情况下,从热力学数据即可计算平衡组成,计算结果与实验值符合较好。

It can be seen that the ignition property of coal-oil-mixture is similar to that of residual oil, and with the increase of the concentration of pulverized coal in the coal-oil-mixture, the burning off time for coal-oil-mixture also increases, but less than that for burning coal. It can also be seen that at the beginning the coal-water-slurry needs much heat to evaporate the water it contains. The curves of the weight loss and temperature difference of coal-water-slurry indicate that when the water content is less than 30%, it has less effect on them, and however, if the water content rises higher, it will bring some difficulties to its ignition and combustion.

采用国产示差热天平对不同浓度的油煤浆和水煤浆在低升温率下的失重和与参考物的温差进行测定,将结果与所用煤粉和渣油的失重和温差相比较。由此可以看出:油煤浆和渣油的着火特性相似,且随油煤浆中煤粉浓度的提高,油煤浆的燃尽时间有所延长,但仍较燃煤所需时间为少;水煤浆在开始时需要相当热量以蒸发其所含水分,在水分含量低于30%时,从水煤浆受热后的失重和温差曲线上看,尚影响不大,若水分含量再增加,则可能对着火及燃烧带来一定的困难。
