There are some problems on precision and the determination of the radius of copying cam base circle when grinding cam or manufacturing copying cam with the method of back copying based upon the principle of mechanical copy in cam shaft grinding machine. For above mentioned problems, the theoretical analysing and calculating method and its formulas have been put forward in this paper. These method and formulas have general and instructive significance in machining with this type of machines.

This paper discusses how to improve precision of the cam profiles and solve the surface waves, burn and cracks in making the cams for marine dicsel engines. When the cam is ground, the tangential component of the circular velocity is variable, and the peak value occurs in the lift curves. This is an important cause of profile error. The rapid increase of unit grinding caused by the peak value results in local cracks and burn. This paper is concerned primarily with the non-uniform transmission of gear transmission...

当前在制造船用柴油机凸轮时,必须提高凸轮轮廓精度和解决表面波纹、烧损和裂纹等问题,本文对此问题进行了探讨。凸轮磨削时,圆周速度切线分量是变化的,在升程曲线部分出现峰值,这是导致该部分出现轮廓误差的重要原因。峰值引起的单位磨量急剧增加,产生了局部裂纹和烧伤。文中着重阐述圆-非圆齿轮传动机构实现非匀速传动的问题,在传动分析中作了一定简化,但不影响加工精度。这种结构简单而又紧凑,在凸轮磨床改装时也不影响总的布局。

In the cam grinding or the modlleing cam grinding by back--copying on the cam--shaft grinders based on the me- chanical copying principle, how to define accuracy of the ove- rall dimension of base circle of cam is the key problem for ensuring the accuracy of the cam grinding and back--copying grinding. Therefore the theoretical analyses and calculations are introduced. These conclusions have general mean- ing for these kinds of machines to improve the techno- logical accuracy.

在以机械仿型原理为基础的凸轮轴磨床上进行凸轮磨削,或反靠法制造靠模凸轮时,存在着有关确定基园半径大小及精度方面的问题。这些问题直接关系到凸轮磨削及反靠磨削的加工精度。为了提高加工精度,明确概念,本文对上述问题进行了理论分析和计算。从而提出了明确的概念、分析计算的方法和计算公式。这些结果对该类机床加工,具有普遍的指导意义。
