In this paper the rational design, structure parameters optimization,and correct selection of the form of transition curve in company with the effective measure of materials, manufacturing technology and heat treatment are discussed, by which the performance, force distribution on the structural elements and work condition are greatly improved. Moreover, the characteristics of friction and wear between the mating pairs are also well modified. The approach used make the pump longer service life and better effect.

论述了通过凸轮转子叶片结构上的合理设计,结构参数的优化,凸轮转子过渡曲线线型的正确选择和制造工艺、材料、热处理等方面采取有效措施,可大大改善泵内关键零件的受力与工作状况,以及改善摩擦副的摩擦磨损特性,以取得提高泵工作寿命的良好效果。

After reasonable structural design and correct determination of the form of cam-rotor transitional curve and structure parameters, the fluctuation of motor torque and angular vclocity are minimized. Moreover, this article puts forward the measures to lengthen its service life and to lower its noise. Thus, it becomes a hydraulic motor with small fluctuation of output torque and angular velocity, long service life and low noise.

通过合理的结构设计、凸轮转子过渡曲线线型及各项结构参数的正确确定,可使该马达转矩和角速度的脉动减小。提出提高工作寿命和降低噪声的措施,以使其成为输出转矩和角速度的脉动小,工作寿命长、噪声低的一种液压马达。
