They come from three kind of disposal methods, including sanitary landfill of urban waste, secure landfill of hazardous waste and impoundment of hazardous chemical liquid. All the causes responsible for these diseases can be classified as the lack of effectively impermeable barrier beneath the waste, the poor control of the surface runoff, the secondary failure of final cover, the uncontrolled migration of landfill gas and the low stability of landfill. These lessons can teach us to improve our wasts disposal in the future.

本文收集了国内外固体废物填埋场及废液贮存池典型的十起环境地质病害,涉及到市政废物卫生填埋、有害废物安全填埋及有害化学废液存贮三种形式,主要病害原因可归纳为场地缺乏有效隔水屏障,地表径流控制不当,最终盖层次生破坏,气体控制不当和填埋体稳定性不足五个方面。这些经验教训对今后的废物处置实践有借鉴意义。

对有毒有害物质在粘土衬层中的自然渗透、迁移及转化加以研究,可为有毒有害废物的安全填埋场的设计、施工和污染预测提供实验依据及关键参数:铬(Ⅵ)是填埋场渗滤液中有代表性的重金属,通过铬(Ⅵ)在击实粘土中的渗透实验与浸提实验,发现铬(Ⅵ)的渗透系数约为水的4倍;铬(Ⅵ)可被粘土中还原性物质转化为毒性较小的铬(Ⅲ):粘土击实到最大干密度可大大提高其防渗效果。

This article analyze and demonstrate design scheme of hazardous waste secure landfill double liner system for Shenyang and make a deliberated critictism combined with the 8th five-years development plan for Shenyang.This article considers the double liner system isn't indispensable.We must develop advanced technology during the 8th fiveyears according to national conditions.

本文通过沈阳有害废物安全填埋场双层衬里系统设计方案的分析论证,结合“八五”攻关课题内容提出研讨性意见,认为双层复合衫衬里系统不是必选的衬里构造.“八五”期间,应研制符合国情、技术上先进、经济上合理的安全填埋技术.
