It is shown that to choose the algorithm permits it to be brought in with the pressure field and with the velocities fields using a small iteration number. It is also noted that numerical diffusion takes place in calculations.

本文提出压缩冲程期间计算平顶活塞燃烧室流动特性摸拟的有限容积法。此法以著名的SIMPLE算法为基础。流场被视为轴对称结构。其间.利用通常的κ—ε模型,考虑到了湍流砭其耗散。本文旨在试验此法在不满足连续方程的初始条件下的稳定性和收敛速度。据表明,选用此法,以一个小的迭代数,可使其与压力场及速度场一起纳入运算,同时也注意到了在计算中的数值发散。

The effect of the in-cylinder carbon deposit and inlet swirl intensity on the local transient heat transfer has been studied and the transient heat flux on the valve bridge and piston crown surface measured. The results shoW that the carbon deposit layer on the combustion chamber has strong isolative effect on the transient heat transfer between working medium and the parts of combustion chamber.

通过实验研究了内燃机缸内积炭及进气涡流强度对局部瞬态传热的影响。并测量了气缸盖鼻梁区和活塞燃烧室表面的瞬态热流,结果表明燃烧室受热表面积炭层的存在对工质与燃烧室各零件间的瞬态传热表现出强的闭塞作用。
