The current risk management methods can't manage the risk factors in aeronautic projects. Based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, a new risk management method for aeronautic projects is proposed. The method contains four steps: risk identification, modeling of analytic hierarchy process, construction of fuzzy judgment matrix and risk factors' ranking. With this method, the two key problems in the risk management of aeronautic projects-risk ranking and risk response decision-making are solved. At last, some aeronautic model project is presented as an example, which shows that the method can solve the above-motioned two problems.

针对当前已有风险管理方法无法对航空项目中的风险有效进行管理这一问题,结合航空项目特点,提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法的航空项目风险管理方法。该方法通过风险因素的识别、层次分析结构的建模、模糊判断矩阵的构造,以及排序等一系列步骤,初步解决了航空项目风险管理中的两个关键问题———关键风险因素识别和风险对策方案选择。最后,以某航空型号项目为应用实例,介绍了该方法的应用过程。
