The main limitiing factors should be selected, that are important effect to the growth/development, and the productivity of the -utilization type or the crop combination, and are highly stable, in accordance with the soil characteristics and environmental conditions.Quantitative indices should be used in the gradation of the participating factors.Critical biological indices should be used as much as possible for the main grades. A participating factor may vary with region and utilizationtype.This paper describes the selected participating factors, that are suitable to the G utilization types nationally, and the gradation indices that divide the participating factors into 4 grades and 5 classes.

参评因素的选定与分级指标的划分是土壤评价的核心工作.参评因素应按旱地、水田、菜地、园地、林地及牧地六种利用类型分别选定.应选取对该利用类型或作物组合的生长发育和生产力具有重大影响的、稳定性较高的主导限制因素,并以土壤属性为主,结合环境条件因地制宜选定.参评因素的分级指标应尽量采用定量指标,为分等定级提出定量依据,其主要级差应尽量利用有生物学意义的临界指标.同一参评因素在不同地区、不同利用类型上有所不同.在目前全国无统一规定条件下,本文选定了适用于全国六种利用类型下的参评因素及划分为四等五级的分级指标.
