The discriminant model of maize plant shape was studied according to leaf angle above ear, orientation value of leaves above ear and orientation values of three ear leaves (a leaf above ear,an ear leaf and a leaf below ear).The discriminant model was established on the basis of four leaf types-compact type,nearly compact type,nearly apread type and spread type,and with the stepwise discriminant analysis method. 根据玉米穗上叶夹角,穗上叶叶向值与棒三叶叶向植三个指标研究了玉米株型的判别模型,并按紧凑型、近紧凑型、近松散型与松散型对玉米株型进行四级分类,由对15个自交系玉米的上述三个指标应用逐步判别分析方法建立玉米株型判别模型,回报准确率达100%,在此基础上又对30个玉米杂交种进行株型判别亦收到了较好效果。说明应用逐步判别分析方法建立玉米株型判别模型对玉米株型的判别是可行的,有实际应用价值,对玉米株型育种有参考意义。

A crop shape analysing system on multi meida personal computer is introduced in the paper. The shape information from plant profiles is extracted and the reconstruction of the plant figure with high precision are described, so that subtle plant shape changes can be recorded, which could not be detected with conventional methods. Beside, some new plant shapes index are defined based on image processing concepts.

介绍了用微型计算机分析作物图像得到株型信息的方法,提出几个基于图像处理概念的描述作物株型的较为精确的定量化的指标,通过分析与重建玉米株型观察了玉米叶片夹角在日内的细微变化
