In this paper a new approach, called "Method of Fourier Transform-Time Domain Iteration" (MFTTDI) for determining the seismic response of fixed offshore platforms including soil-pile-structurc interaction effects is presented. The basic idea of MFTTDI is simple and clear, and the procedure of evaluation is straight forward. Numerical evaluations show that satisfactory accuracy of the desired response quantities can be achieved only after a few cycles of iteration.

The effect of the flexibility of barge structure and the non-linear hydrodynamic forces acting on the immersed in water part of jacket are taken into account. Frequency domain method is applied in analysing the motions of barge-jacket combination in short crest random seas. This paper proposes a joint time-frequency domain method to analyse the motions and stresses of barge-jacket combination during transportation. The effect of the flexibility of barge structure and the non-linear hydrodynamic forces acting on the immersed in water part of jacket are taken into account. Frequency domain method is applied in analysing the motions of barge-jacket combination in short crest random seas. The equivalent wave height is used as a calculated wave height to obtain frequency response matrix.Then the cross-spectrum density matrix between the motions and waves is obtained and the time history of motions of barge in random seas is simulated. After that, time domain method is used to calculate all the instantaneous forces acting on the barge and jacket, including the hydrodynamic forces on immersed part of jacket. And the instantaneous stresses of jacket, barge and tiedowns are calculated by means of finite element method. Finally, the stress spectra and statistical characteristics of all members are obtained through the stress covariance function and Fourier transformation. The computer program has beem developed for the preposed method, and dynamic strength of a 70-metre-deep jacket loaded on a barge during transportation in random seas are calculated and discussed briefly.

本文采用频时域相结合的方法,把驳船和导管架作为一个整体结构进行分析。分析中计入了驳船结构的弹性影响和导管架入水部分的非线性流体动力。在分析驳船-导管架复合体在短峰随机海浪中的运动时应用频域分析法。并以相当波高作为求解频率响应矩阵的计算波高。由此频率响应矩阵求得各运动间的互谱密度矩阵并模拟驳船在随机海浪中的运动时历变化。然后采用时域分析方法计算导管架和驳船所受的外力包括导管架入水部分的流体动力的时历变化,应用有限元法计算导管架各构件包括驳船和连接杆的瞬时应力,由此瞬时应力计算应力相关函数并经富里哀变换求得各构件的应力谱和应力统计特性。此计算方法已编成电算程序并对-70米水深的导管架在随机海浪中装驳运输时的动力强度进行了分析计算。
