In addition, the existence of ammonium will result in a decreased COD Cr removal efficiency.

通过在废水中加入NaCl电解质 ,考察了电解阳极间接氧化法制药废水的处理效果。实验分析了废水中电解质NaCl对制药废水电解过程中CODCr、色度去除的影响 ,并对不同用量NaCl电解效果进行了对比。另外还用电解质Na2 SO4 、NaNO3 作了对比实验来说明NaCl产生的电解阳极间接氧化的存在。最后对甲红霉素废水进行中试实验 ,结果表明 ,NaCl电解产生的NaClO具有极强的氧化性 ,促进了CODCr的去除 ,同时还发现 ,废水中氨氮的存在不利于废水CODCr的去除

Two kinds of waster-waters from Rrythromycin production process were dynamically treated with XDA-1 adsorption resin.Some influence factors on the adsorption process were investigated in this paper.Results showed that the COD of wastewaters was reduced 72%~88% after treated and 99% of acetic butyl ester can be adsorbed at room temperature,proper pH and 1.5 BV/h~2.0 BV/h.About 0.4 kg/m3 crud Rrythromycin can be recovery by the process.

采用XDA-1大孔吸附树脂对琥乙红霉素和红霉素碱两种生产废水分别进行动态吸附处理,研究影响吸附的一些因素。结果显示,在室温、原废水pH和较低流速条件下,经处理后废水的COD降低72%~88%;经丙酮解吸后再从解吸液蒸馏回收99%的醋酸丁酯,从琥乙红霉素废水中还可回收大约0.4kg/m3的红霉素粗品。
