From the target of implementing sustainable development strategy and going new -style industrialization road,this paper analyze the connotation and basic approaches of the resource recovery of waste electromechanical products(WEMP ),indicate that remanufacturing is the lofty form of resource recovery of WEMP while recycling is the low-level form,and discuss the sustaining conditions of actualizing resource recovery of WEMP which including law-making,responsibility system,studying key technologies,advocacy of public,and so on.
