With the development of the earn mechanism, we must develop and improve its theoretic foundation and method of design in depth. In this paper, models of the cycloid cam mechanism are established.The dynamic problem of the system are analysed by using LAPLACE transform. With the help of computer and numerical controlled machine tool,the curve of cycloid earn are desiged and manufsctured exactly.

随着凸轮机构向高速度、高精度、低噪音和长寿命等方向发展,极需对凸轮机构设计的理论基础和设计计算方法作进一步的完善,并适合电子计算机计算,对凸轮机构进行现代化设计。木文对摆线凸轮──从动杆机构,提出其线性与非线性计算模型,并应用拉氏变换分析了该系统的动力学问题,应用计算机及数控机床对摆线凸轮曲线进行了设计与实际制造。

新型摆线凸轮活齿传动是一种内齿轮齿廓为摆线及其等距线的二齿差活齿行星传动。在简要介绍其传动的原理和结构的基础上 ,建立了求解凸轮廓形的齿廓法线法 ,论证了正、负号凸轮活齿传动齿廓的一致性。详细推导了摆线内齿轮活齿传动凸轮共轭齿形的啮合方程 ,给出了数值算例及啮合仿真结果 ,并讨论了该传动的特点。
