The dasic principle of direct self control system is analysed. A mixing type of flux estimator is empolyed at high and low velocities.A kind of improved flux and torque controller is presnted and the corresponding selecting rule of voltage vectors is showed at the same time.It puts forward that the control system by 8098 single chip miciroprocessor is desingned. 研究一种交流传动车辆用的转矩控制器。该控制器通过检测定子电流,由转矩磁通和转矩电流动态推算电动机转矩,并以此作为反馈量。转矩由给定转矩电流和给定励磁电流双重控制,给定转矩电流由转矩磁通决定,给定励磁电流则依据转矩电流作相应调整,以保证感应电动机转矩得到准确有效的控制。用计算机仿真验证了感应电动机转矩的响应和稳定度,证明这种转矩控制器可使交流传动车辆具有更好的性能。
