Curves and tables used for computation are given in this paper.The effect of changing in number of stories on the space action of structures is analyzed.This simple and practical method can be used for calculating structures as well as for determining structural parameters in selecting scheme and preliminary design. The computation can be performed with or without the aid of computer. According to the principal characters of framed tube structures, some problems concerning scheme design are discussed.

本文根据框筒(筒中筒)结构空间作用原理,提出了等代柱法简化计算方法,给出了直接反映框筒空间作用效能的β曲线及次框架轴力比例系数n值表,并分析了层数变化对空间作用的影响。本文提出的方法简单、实用,可用于结构计算,也可用于在方案选择和初步设计中选取结构参数;使用本法时,可用电算也可用手算。本文最后根据框筒主要特点讨论了结构方案设计中的几个问题,供设计者参考。

In this stage, known design information may only comprehend structural type,global topology, building materials, the condition of a construction site, design method, the means of construction, and the probability distribution of surrounding load inteference. Therefore, the structures considered are relatively abstract....

Before detailed structural design, it is an important decision-making to detemine the optimal defence level for civil structures. And it belongs in the category of structural conceptual design. In this stage, known design information may only comprehend structural type,global topology, building materials, the condition of a construction site, design method, the means of construction, and the probability distribution of surrounding load inteference. Therefore, the structures considered are relatively abstract. It can be called "conceptual structures". In this decision, we mustsynthetically study its safe effect, economic benefit and social utility, they all have strong fuzziness. So the decision has some character of soft science. This paper develops a rational scientific procedure for this decision by using the conception of decision theory and optimization technique.

工程结构设防水平的决定是结构方案设计前的重要决策工作.属于概念设计的范畴.这时的已知条件只有结构类型、总的拓朴、使用材料、场地情况、设计方法、施工手段以及所受干扰的概率分布.因此,在此阶段所考虑的设计对象比较抽象,可称为"概念结构".在其设防水平的决策中必须综合考虑结构的安全效用、经济效用和社会效用,具有强烈的模糊性,从而使它在一定程度上具有软科学的性质.本文利用决策论和优化技术的要概念和方法对此问题提出了科学的处理方法.

This paper presents the design and analysis procedure for a steel-concrete structural system conceived for the Dalian New Century Tower.The investigations demonstrated the feasibility and rationality of the propsed scheme.
