外语阅读并不是简单地被动接收信息 ,而是一种较为复杂的主动心理过程。对外语阅读进行理论研究 ,必须对外语阅读的性质、心理模式、外语阅读的相关因素进行研究 ,分析母语阅读与外语阅读、速读与精读、语言知识与非语言知识的关系 ,并借助这些理论研究 ,解决教学过程中存在的一些认识和方法上的问题 ,改进外语阅读教学。
