It has another stong point as well that resolution for short sampling interval is stillhigh.

本文针对现有的全波列中有用信息的方法——相关对比法和互功率谱相位法的缺点,提出了精确提取纵波和横渡时差的现代谱分析法——最大熵法,并编出了该方法的数据处理软件,对某井段的声波测井数据试算的结果证明,该方法优于常规方法。本方法在提取纵波、横波信息时,不仅消除了相关对比法中由于采样间隔所引起的误差,同时也克服了经典谱分析中的旁瓣效应及频移现象。它还具有在采样长度很短的情况下,分辨率仍然很高的优点。

In this paper, by applying the accuracy theory of gears, the modern spectral analysis technique and the error separating technique, the transmission error of a gear generating machine can be diagnosed by measuring the workpiece cut on this machine.This method consists in measuring the transmission error of a gear being generated with a single composite error gear tester, from which the error signal exported is imported into a microcomputer, then the transmission error of the machine, its frequency components...

In this paper, by applying the accuracy theory of gears, the modern spectral analysis technique and the error separating technique, the transmission error of a gear generating machine can be diagnosed by measuring the workpiece cut on this machine.This method consists in measuring the transmission error of a gear being generated with a single composite error gear tester, from which the error signal exported is imported into a microcomputer, then the transmission error of the machine, its frequency components and corresponding amplitude values are obtained by data processing and error separating. The equation for gear machining errors, which are caused by the individual error sources in the system of gear generating machine, cutting tool and workpieee, are given. The mathematical principle of the diagnosing method with workpiece is described. At the end of this paper, it is proved that the diagnosing method is practicable with a diagnosing exampie.

应用齿轮精度理论、现代谱分析技术和误差分离技术,提出通过测量机床所加工的齿轮来诊断机床的传动链误差(工件诊断法)。给出了由机床、刀具和工件系统中各个误差源所产生的齿轮加工误差的数学表达式,阐述了工件诊断法的原理。
