To keep constant cutting angle and spee d, a method with tool swinging and variable-speed of spindle is presented. The polar coordinates of tool swinging pivot are figured out, and the expressions of tool swinging and the variable-speed of spindle are derived.

凸轮车削加工过程中 ,切削角与切削速度随加工凸轮轮廓位置不同会发生很大变化 ,直接影响凸轮加工质量与刀具使用寿命。为了解决上述问题 ,本文提出了刀具摆动与主轴变转速的凸轮车削加工方法 ,以实现恒角度与恒速度切削。通过对凸轮车削的运动关系进行分析计算 ,推导出在恒角度与恒速度切削的情况下 ,刀具摆角、机床主轴转速与凸轮转角位置的关系 ,为在实际中应用提供了理论依据

In this paper, the structure of servo tool holder system, the driving unit selection and the mathematical model of the control system are investigated in detail. Linear motor is selected to drive the servo tool holder. A host slave control system with PC and DSP is developed for the requirement of high speed and real time servo. Combining with an advanced control strategy, the system developed can well meet the requirements in cam turning.

在车削加工凸轮零件的过程中 ,刀具要做快速往复运动 ,其驱动单元应具有较高的速度、加速度与位置精度。本文深入研究了伺服刀架系统的构成 ;选择了刀架直线驱动元件 ;建立了直流直线电机的数学模型和控制系统。所建立的伺服刀架系统以直线电机作为刀具的伺服驱动元件 ,采用上、下位机的控制结构体系与 DSP实时伺服控制器 ,并采用先进的专家 PID控制策略 ,从而满足了凸轮车削对速度、加速度、位置精度与行程的要求。

At present, the common methods of machining cam still are milling or contour cam machining. This method has low product efficiency, and can not fit with the mass product requirement. The method of machining cam is studied based on the CNC turning cam, and research the key technology of CNC turning cam. The effective method is presented and one new approach is provided for cam machining. In order to ensure the rake angle as constant, employ high frequency linear servo motor to drive the tool sway with high frequency. To obtain the cam contour, uses the high frequency linear servo motor to drive the tool move to-and-fro with high frequency, so the tool will track the cam contour with real time. In order to ensure the cutting speed as constant, the new method is presented that the rotate speed of main shaft will change with the cam contour, by this method, the tool length will be prolonged and the external roughness of cam will be improved.

研究了基于数控车削加工凸轮的方法,并对数控车削凸轮的关键技术进行研究,提出了有效的方法,为凸轮的高效率加工提供了一个新的途径。一般在凸轮数控车削加工过程中,切削角与切削速度随加工凸轮轮廓位置不同会发生很大变化,为了实现切削角随凸轮轮廓位置实时变化,采用了高频响直线伺服电动机驱动刀具高频摆动的方法,实现刀具的位置实时控制。凸轮的轮廓是一个非圆截面,为了生成凸轮非圆截面,采用高频响直线伺服电动机驱动刀具往复高速运动,实现凸轮非圆截面的生成。车削凸轮时,切削速度一般需要保持恒定,这样有利于刀具的寿命延长,并保证凸轮表面的粗糙度,为了实现凸轮车削的恒定线速度,采用变主轴转速的车削方法,解决这个重要的切削工艺问题。
