The result showed that the optimum technological conditions of acti-vation were temperature 550℃, concentration of activator -40%, time of activation 60 min, and the ratio of solid to liquid 1:0.8. The carbon capacity of the adsorbent was 33.37%, and the capacity of iodine adsorption was 447.2 mg/g. By application of this adsorbent to treatment of electrophoresis paint wastewater, the removal rate of COD was 79% -80%, and in comparison with PFS method, the COD removal rate could increase 8%- 10%.

生化污泥为原料,采用化学活化法制取含碳吸附剂处理电泳漆废水,并对活化产物吸附性能的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,其最佳工艺条件为,活化温度550℃,活化剂浓度40%,活化时间60min,固液比1:0.8。制得的含碳吸附剂含碳量33.37%,碘吸附量平均为447.2mg/g。采用含碳吸附剂来处理该废水,其COD去除率为79%~80%,与投加PFS处理比较,COD去除率可提高8%~10%。

在进行城市生活污水的生物处理过程中,会产生一定量的生化污泥。在浓缩和处理剩余污泥时,所产生的含高浓度有机物的污泥上清液被回流到污水处理系统。不适当的回流会增加水处理系统的负荷并严重影响出水的水质。实验证明,在污泥浓缩中,污泥上清液中有机物含量(COD_(Cr))与浓缩温度成e指数关系,与浓缩时间成小于1的指数关系。通常情况下,由污泥所产生的有机物负荷占进水有机物负荷的3.4%~8.4%。所以,在处理实践中,应根据城市生活污水的进水负荷来有比例地回流上清液,以保证出水达到国家排放标准。
