本文应用南开大学齿轮啮合理论研究组提出的“齿轮啮合的数学理论”,系统地研究了蜗杆轴截面为圆弧齿廓的圆柱蜗杆传动啮合原理。用矢量解析法推导出了这种蜗杆传动啮合原理的下列计算公式:1)、蜗杆齿面方程式;2)、啮合方程式;3)、接触线方程式,4)、啮合区方程式;5)、一类界限曲线方程式;6)、二类界限曲线方程式;7)、诱导法曲率计算公式;8)、接触线方向与相对速度方向夹角的计算公式。这些公式可用于分析蜗杆轴截面为圆弧齿廓的圆柱蜗杆传动的啮合质量。

In this article, the calculation fosmulae for designing and correcting the strength of an arc-tooth-cylinder-worm are established. Considering the influence of carrying capacity brought about by oil temperature rise, the author has set down the calculation load coefficient, therefore, the worm mechanism designed with the formulae need not go through the heat balance calculation.

And by adopting this design scheme, driven quality (ie, load capacity, driven efficiency and useful life-spem) can be improved, the varieties of cutters are recluced, and the marked advantage in economy can be obtained.

本文在试验研究的基础上,分析了各几何参数对承载能力、传动效率的影响关系,提出了圆弧齿圆柱蜗杆传动几何参数选择的新方案,列出了几何参数配搭表。同时提出了圆弧齿圆柱蜗杆传动设计的五点建议。给出了可控点接触圆弧齿圆柱蜗杆传动刀具和蜗杆几何参数配搭值。采用本文的设计方案可提高产品质量(承载能力、传动效率、使用寿命),减少刀具品种,有明显的经济价值。
