The method of using chlorine dioxide for oilfield back injection water treatment was presented to deal with the drug resistance of bacteria in the water. Aiming at the problems of large sludge residues quantity,extremely strong drug resistance of saprophytic bacteria,growth at its large number and treating efficacy lowering in oil field production etc.,a technological process with chlorine dioxide was applied for treatment of oil field sewage.By utilizing the strong oxidation of ClO2,the present authors put forward a new thinking for the sludge treatment of "first oxidation,then sedimentation,first sterilization,then control";through trial application in Huzhuang Sewage Treatment Station,the effluent quality reached the standard stably to solve the technically difficult problems of becteria number exceeding the standard seriously.

针对中原油田采出水(污水)污泥残渣量大、腐生菌产生极大的抗药性并大量繁殖、污水处理系统效率下降等问题。在原污水处理工艺的基础上,利用ClO2的强氧化性,提出了“先氧化、后沉降,先杀菌、后控制”的污水处理新思路。通过在胡状污水处理站试验应用,水质稳定达标,解决了水体改性后细菌严重超标的技术难题。经ClO2处理后的注入水对地层无伤害,对地面设备、管网腐蚀较小。同时减少了环境污染。
