本文用分光光度法研究了DNS比色法在分析棉花还原糖中的应用,找到了分析棉花还原糖含量的最佳条件,即:入射光波长为510nm,DNS显色剂用量1.5ml,沸水浴显色时间15min,显色液定容体积为15ml。提高了该方法的灵敏度。结果表明,该方法简便、快捷、准确、安全、低成本,稳定性和重现性好,不受棉花样品中其它可溶性杂质的干扰,适合基层常规实验室的批量定量测定。

DNS colorimetry(3,5 dinitrosalicylic acid)was used to replace the way of classical KMnO 4 to determine sugar contents in tobacco.According to our repeated experiments it is known that brown reactant from 3,5 dinitrosalicylic acid reducing sugar of tobacco samples could keep stable for 6 hours after reaction,and recollection rate is 100 2%.And the accuracy is higher and cost lower compared with KMnO 4 titration way This way especially suitable...

应用DNS(3,5-二硝基水杨酸)比色法替代经典的高锰酸钾滴定法,测定烟草中糖分含量。经多次实验得出,DNS试剂中的3,5-二硝基水杨酸与烟样中的还原糖共热后生成的棕红色产物在反应后的6h内保持稳定,DNS比色法的回收率约为100.2%,其精密度良好,它的测定成本比高锰酸钾滴定法显著降低。该法适合于大批量烟样的测定工作。

Evaluation for about 15 chemical methods of sweetpotato starch content determination was made by quantitative analysis as well as qualitative analysis in this paper. HCl hydrolysis optical rotation method, HCl hydrolysis DNS method and HClO 4 hydrolysis anthrone method were proved suitable for sweetpotato starch content determination.

从测定速度、可靠性、方便性和经济实用性等角度,采用定性分析和定量研究相结合的方法,对现有各种淀粉测定方法进行了评价和筛选,确定盐酸水解-旋光法、盐酸水解-DNS比色法和高氯酸提取-蒽酮比色法为甘薯淀粉测定的适宜方法.
