The measurement of instantaneous piston frictional force during engine operation is an important method in the reaserch of engine fricbology. By comparing several measuring approaches, a movable bore measuring device is developed and a series of problems such as the measurement of frictional force, the sealing of cylinder head and the radial fixture of cylinder liner are solved. An eppor correcting method was used. Also the author has developed a lubrication model and compiled acomputer program by which the starved lubrication of rings was taken into account. The experimental results show that this device developed by the author works well in practice and the theoretical model considering the oil starvation is more reasonoble.

在运行的发动机上测量缸套—活塞组的瞬间摩擦力是进行发动机摩擦学研究的一个重要方法。作者比较了各种测量方案,研制了浮动缸套测量装置,解决了摩擦力测量、缸头密封、缸套径向固定等一系列问题,提出了误差的修正方法,并建立了考虑贫油情况的缸套活塞环润滑模型,编制了计算程序,试验结果表明,该测量装置具有一定的实用价值,考虑贫油情况的计算模型是合理的。

铁谱技术是一项新型的磨粒分析技术,它是研究运动件的磨损机理和开展设备的工况监测与故障诊断的主要手段。本文从磨粒的铁谱分析出发,结合摩擦副表面损伤形貌的观察和磨损量的测量,探讨配置了在220kW推轮上的6135ACaB型柴油机缸套活塞组在正常磨损期的主导磨损型式,根据磨粒的分析结果,力图阐述磨粒与磨损型式的相互关系。另外,本文提出了缸套活塞组磨损程度的铁谱判别依据。

The mode of excitation force in mechanicalfailure and corresponding response spectrum ofstructural vibration are analyzed to findout thecharacteristic frequency of failure. The amplitudevariation of this characteristic frequency shallbe considered as the basis of existence of failureand its extent. The application of excitationmodulation principle is demonstrated in thispaper with actual intances in rotating bodies,rolling bearings gear-boxes cylinder-block pi-ston assembly and air distributors in engines.

分析了机械故障激励的形式及其结构相应的振动响应谱,从中找出了故障特征频率。此故障特征频率的幅值变化将作为是否存在故障与故障程度的依据。文章还以旋转体、滚动轴承、齿轮箱、发动机缸套活塞组与配气机构等为实例说明了调制激励的应用原理。
