Some key technologies in it, such as editing scene using three-dimensional viewing, collision detection with measuring the specific line segments, simulating natural phenomena in use of callback functions, making the mathematics model of movement equations, were discussed.
In order to apply 3D viewing transformation in the world scene,this paper discusses the theory of the 3D viewing transformation and introduces the realizing methods. Besides,it delivers the code segment based on OpenGL.
In order to research the three-dimensional observation result of plane graphic,this paper takes it as observation object and observes it from different angles by perspective projection transformation. Then the result of the transformation is compared with the photos taken by camera from the same angle.
The three dimensional reconstruction images of carotid artery displayed stereo structure of common carotid artery, internal carotid artery and external carotid artery continuously and completely, and showed the stereo shape, surface character and exact position of plaque, volume of vessel, and spatial distribution of blood flow in a way of direct perception.
