Reciprocating superadiabatic combustion of premixed gases in porous media (short for RSCP), which is known as an epoch-making combustion technology, possesses many advantages over conventional combustion techniques, such as increasing burning efficiency, extending combustible limit, energy saving and reducing pollutant emission and etc. In the present study, the functions of the porous media and the devices for changing periodically the mixture flow direction are systematically described and the working mechanism of the RSCP combustor are analyzed. By mathematical reasoning, a reasonable description how the superadiabatic flame comes into being is offered, that is, the intensive heat exchange between the burning gas mixture and porous media through the highly developed internal surfaces permits the accumulation of combustion energy in the solid matrix, when the thermal wave propagating in the porous media and the combustion wave of the gases are made to coincide, the flame temperatures reached in the reaction zone can be much higher than the adiabatic temperature for the feed fuel mixture.

Cooling wall of converter flue often split, based on analyzing, the main reasons of splitting are as follows: water quality, water processing system and after the spot corrosion and part incrustation are emerged in converter system during operating, the heat resistance of this part is very high, the temperature of outer wall of converter pipe is unevenness; meanwhile, the phenomenon of quick heating and cooling for cooling wall is happen frequently, it is easy to crackle at the weakest point of cooling wall....

Cooling wall of converter flue often split, based on analyzing, the main reasons of splitting are as follows: water quality, water processing system and after the spot corrosion and part incrustation are emerged in converter system during operating, the heat resistance of this part is very high, the temperature of outer wall of converter pipe is unevenness; meanwhile, the phenomenon of quick heating and cooling for cooling wall is happen frequently, it is easy to crackle at the weakest point of cooling wall. The solution for this problem is to installating a measuring pump in converter system and add quantitative de-oxide corrosion inhibition and anti-incrustation corrosion inhibition to avoid incrustation and spot corrosion, furthermore, the phenomenon of temperature unevenness will be avoided for outer wall of converter pipe, it solved the problem of splitting for the cooling wall of flue entirely.

转炉烟道冷却壁经常开裂 ,据分析 ,开裂的主要原因为 :水质、水处理系统及其运行过程中在锅炉系统的内部产生点蚀及局部结垢后 ,部位具有较高的热阻 ,锅炉管外壁温度不均匀 ;同时 ,冷却壁急冷急热现象频繁 ,容易在冷却壁的最薄弱处产生裂纹。处理方式为在锅炉系统中增设加药计量泵 ,连续定量加入除氧缓蚀剂及阻垢剂 ,避免锅炉管内结垢及产生点蚀 ,进而避免了锅炉管外壁温度不均匀现象的产生 ,从根本上解决了烟道冷却壁经常开裂的问题
