The results indicated that the strain had better phosphate tolerance, and the removal characteristics were affected by level of phosphate. Phosphate was taken excessively from culture solution by the strain, which was induced by phosphate starvation culture; while cultured in phosphate-high-media, the strain took phosphate similar to removing to phosphate-sufficient-media. The phosphate uptake remained unchanged...

The phosphate uptake remained unchanged in 1%phosphate-high-media; but the phosphate uptake decreased in 2%phosphate-high-media because the growth of the strain was limited. The results also showed that the strain had same effects of phosphate removal in microaerophilic culture and anoxic-microaerophilic culture. It implied that if only carbon source was sufficient, the strain could took phosphate effectively even in microaerophilic culture. The results suggested that Rhodobacter sphacroides be applied to biological phosphate removal process.

通过纯种培养试验,考察了废水生物除磷优势菌球形红杆菌的磷耐受能力和除磷特性。结果表明,球形红杆菌具有较强的磷耐受能力,且磷酸盐含量会对其除磷特性产生一定的影响。缺磷环境会使菌体产生过量摄磷现象;而在高磷环境下,菌体摄磷量的变化趋势与直接转入富磷培养类似:磷酸盐含量为1%时,菌体摄磷量基本未发生变化,当磷酸盐含量达到2%时,由于菌体的生长受到影响,摄磷量略有下降。结果还表明,球形红杆菌在微好氧培养过程中能达到与厌氧—微好氧培养过程相似的除磷效果,从而提示只要废水中存在足够的碳源,即使全部是微好氧过程,该菌也能有效地摄取磷酸盐而达到较好的除磷效果。由此可见,将球形红杆菌应用于高浓度含磷废水的实际处理工艺中前景看好。

To study the characteristics of denitrification phosphorus removal bacteria,a series of batch experiments were carried out,in which the activated sludge samples depended on contact oxidation,SBR,A/O,A~2/O and two-sludge system.At the same time,the sludge only based on two-sludge system was used to study the effect of different types of carbon source on Prelease under anaerobic condition and the effects of different concentrations of nitrate on P-uptake under anoxic condition.Results indicate that the sludge based on SBR,A~2/O and two-sludge system has high P-uptake rates either under anoxic condition or under aerobic condition.And the sludge based on two-sludge system shows the highest P-uptake rate under anoxic condition.Furthermore the concentration of NO~-_3 has minor effect on anoxic P-uptake,and the P-uptake rate is 7.52 mgPO~(3-)_4-P/(gMLVSS·h) with denitrification rate of 9.74 mgNO~-_x-N/(gMLVSS·h).Under anaerobic condition with CH_3COONa as carbon source,the maximal P-release rate is 4.2 mgPO~(3-)_4-P/(gMLVSS·h),while it is low with cane sugar as carbon source.

为研究反硝化聚磷菌的脱氮除磷特性,对接触氧化、SBR、A/O、A2/O和双污泥系统的活性污泥做了好氧吸磷和缺氧吸磷的静态烧杯试验,单独考察了双污泥系统的污泥在厌氧条件下以不同碳源为底物和在缺氧条件下以NO3-为电子受体的释/吸磷特性。结果表明,SBR、A2/O、双污泥系统的污泥在好氧和缺氧条件下均有很好的吸磷效果,其中双污泥系统污泥的缺氧吸磷速率和反硝化速率最大。而且在缺氧条件下,当NO3-充足时其浓度对吸磷效果影响不大,吸磷速率为7.52 mgPO43--P/(gMLVSS.h),反硝化速率为9.74 mgNOx--N/(gMLVSS.h)。在厌氧条件下,以蔗糖为碳源的释磷量最小,释磷速率亦最低,而以CH3COONa为碳源的释磷量和释磷速率均最大,释磷速率为4.2 mgPO43--P/(gMLVSS.h)。
