Effect of extrusion temperature on the physical properties of high-silicon aluminum alloy
      
The density, thermal conductivity, hermeticity and thermal expansion coefficients of the material are measured, and the relationship between extrusion temperature and properties is obtained.
      
Experimental results show that the density of high-silicon aluminum alloys prepared with this method is as high as 99.64% of the theory density, and increases with elevating extrusion temperature.
      
At the same time, thermal conductivity varies between 104-140 W/(m·K); with the extrusion temperature, thermal expansion coefficient also increases but within 13 × 10-6 (at 100°C) and hermeticity of the material is high to 10-9 order of magnitude.

The rheological properties of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubbers with rare earth catalyst ( LnBR ) and its oil-extended rubber ( LnOBR ) , as well as with nickel catalyst ( NiBR ) were examined by Instron 3211 capillary rheometer. It was found that the raw rubbers of LnBR, LnOBR, NiBR, having the flow indexes of less than 0.4, 0.6, 0.5, respectively, were non-Newtonian pseudo-plastic fluids at 70℃. The Barus effects reached the minimum at lower shearing rate within 120-140℃. The LnBR showed a more pronounced tendency towards melt fracture than NiBR. For smooth extrudates, the critical shearing rate of each rubber above was 35, 40, 100 s-1, respectively, at 120-140℃.

Coextrution moulding technology conditions for the manu-facturing of trilaminar plastics sheets with single or compo-unding materials by coextrution process were dealt with inthis paper. The factors affecting the surface finish, adhesivestrength between each layer, control of overall thickness andthickness of each layer and the coextrution temperaturewere also studied.

本文用共挤出方法研究了相同材料和不同材料制造三层塑料板的共挤出成型工艺条件,对影响三层共挤出塑料板表面光洁度的因素、各层间的粘合强度、总厚度和各层厚度的控制、共挤出温度等工艺条件进行了探讨。
