The results showed that the differences between the experimental group and the control group on the numbers of calcium oxalate crystal, crystalline polymer, dilatant renal tulbules, and renal calcium conter nwere markedly significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). At the same time, some changeswere observed in general histology of rats' kidneys. It was found that there were obvious histological lesions seen in the control group while there was not any in the experimental group. Therefore iris believed that obprably Yi shen Tong Lin Decoction exerts its effect by inhibiting the sedimentation and accumulation of calcium oxalate crystal, improving the metabolism and function of the kidney, and promoting excretion of minute calculus. Thus the decoction is effective for the prevention and treatment of the urolith.

本文观察了益肾通淋汤对大鼠实验性草酸钙结石的防治实验。结果表明,实验组在草酸钙晶体数和聚体数、肾小管扩张数,肾钙含量等方面均少于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);同时观察了实验大鼠肾脏的一般组织学改变,可见对照组肾小管上皮细胞浊肿变性,甚至细胞崩解、细胞碎片,胞核和刷状堟PAS阳性物质脱落于管腔内,有的与结石晶体粘附,肾小管明显扩张,而实验组未见明显的组织学损害。因而认为益肾通淋汤可能是通过抑制草酸钙结晶的析出和聚集,改善肾组织细胞的代谢和功能,减少细胞器脱落成为结石核心和基质物质以及加速尿液排泄,促进微结石排出的途径而起到防治尿结石作用的。

目的探讨中药复方糖肾康预防实验性大鼠糖尿病肾病的作用。方法链脲佐菌素(STZ)单次腹腔注射制作SD大鼠糖尿病模型。全部大鼠测血糖、尿糖及尿蛋白,并取一侧肾脏切片作HE染色及PAS染色,光镜观察,并在图像分析仪上测量肾小球面积、毛细血管丛面积及PAS染色阳性物质面积。结果①模型组大鼠出现明显蛋白尿,肾小球、毛细血管丛增大,PAS阳性物质增多。②糖肾康组的尿蛋白明显低于模型对照组和西药对照组(P<0.01)。③与模型组比较,糖肾康组肾小球及毛细血管丛增大明显(P<0.01,P<0.05),PAS阳性物质减少(P<0.05)。④两组间血糖、尿糖水平没有显著性差异。结论糖肾康合剂可减轻STZ糖尿病大鼠尿蛋白、减少PAS阳性物质的沉积及阻止肾小球的肥大,无降糖作用。

Objective To explore the effects and the mechanism of fresh TCM recipe on tumor recurrence. Meth-ods The effects and the mechanism of fresh TCM recipe on recurrence rate and metastatic rate of animal model of tumorrecurrence were observed. The morphological changes, NBT reduction, phagocytosis, dye- transfer, laminin(LN) and PASexpression were used to evaluate the effects of fresh TCM on the induction of tumor cell differentiation. Results The inhi-bition rate of fresh TCM recipe on U14 recurrent tumor was between 54.8%~66.3%. The inhibition rate of fresh TCMrecipe on lung metastasis of U14 was between 50%~54%. After treatment with fresh TCM recipe the NBT reduction ability,the phagocytic ability of HL60 cells was increased and morphologically more mature than before treatment. There weremore PAS positive substances in MGC803 cells after treatment and luciffer yellow transferred faster and further between theMGC803 cells. The expression of LN in DCS cells was increased after fresh TCM recipe treatment. Conclusions Thefresh TCM recipe shows marked inhibition of tumor recurrence and metastasis. The possible Mechanism includes differenti-ation induction and inter cellular communication promotion.

目的探讨金龙胶囊对肿瘤复发/转移的作用及其机制。方法利用小鼠宫颈癌U14复发转移动物模型,观察金龙胶囊对肿瘤复发/转移的影响;采用体外培养肿瘤细胞,观察金龙胶囊对HL60细胞形态变化、四唑氮蓝(NBT)还原能力及吞噬能力的影响;细胞化学法观察MGC803细胞PAS阳性物质的表达情况,荧光染料传递观察细胞间通讯改变;免疫组化观察DCS细胞层黏连蛋白(LN)表达的变化。结果金龙胶囊对U14复发瘤的瘤重抑制率为54.8%~66.3%,肺转移抑制率为50%~54%。金龙胶囊作用后HL60细胞NBT还原能力、吞噬能力增加,形态上成熟细胞增多;MGC803细胞PAS阳性物质增多,细胞间小分子染料传递增强,DCS细胞LN表达增加。结论鲜中药金龙胶囊可显著抑制肿瘤的复发/转移,作用机制包括促进肿瘤细胞分化和促进肿瘤细胞间通讯。
