On basis of a large amount of experimental data, using the method of regressive analysis, the strengthening effect of parameters such as: carbon content in steel, temperature of deformation(or degree of supercooling), degree of deformation etc were calculated and the principles of the influence of chief parameters of LTMT on mechanical properties were revealed.

本文采用电接触快速加热、铅浴等温、拉拔形变、油淬及回火方法对八种碳钢进行了比较系统的低温形变热处理的研究。其中,对70钢探讨了奥氏体化温度、塑性变形、冷却条件及回火等对处理后机械性能的影响。作者根据大量试验数据,采用回归分析方法,对钢中含碳量、形变温度(过冷度)、形变量等参数在低温形变热处理强化中的作用进行了计算,阐明了形变热处理工艺的主要参数对处理后钢的机械性能影响的基本规律。
