The up-to-date technology requires the wire stock with more accurate dimension, shape and surface quality. Yet there are on grinding or polishing equipment for coiling wires. The paper introduces a planetary abrasive belt wire grinding machine, it can perform not only the finish machining of wires, it can also be used for grinding other metallic components such as blades of hydraulic and steam turbines

随着近代工业不断地发展,对线材尺寸、形状和表面质量的要求越来越高。而我国至今对成盘的线材不能修磨和精整。为此,我们研制了行星式砂带磨床,不仅可以磨削线材,对其它机械零件,如水轮机叶片和汽轮机叶片等的磨削加工也具有现实意义。

This paper studied and discussed to apply oxygen-acetylene spraywelding to the surface hardening of the hydraulic turbine impeller. Thebonding strength between substrate (OCr13Ni4Mo) and coating (Nibo) andthe corrosion resistance in different corrossives are determined. Resultsshow it is practicable to spray welding self-fluxing alloy to hardenOCr13Ni4Mo steel surface. The coating can remarkably raise the corrosionresistance and wear resistance of substrate.

本文就氧-乙炔热喷焊技术对水轮机叶片(OrCl3Ni4Mo钢)的表面强化作了初步探讨和实验研究。测定了自熔性合金粉末Ni60喷焊层与基体(OCr13Ni4Mo)间的结合强度和在不同介质中的耐腐蚀性能。实验结。果证明:在OCr13Ni4Mo钢表面喷焊Ni60自熔性合金粉末进行强化是可行的。喷焊后可显著提高基体的耐腐蚀性能和抗磨损性能。

The Initiation and propagation of fatigue crack under low cyclic fatigue and double forequency complex fatigue have been investigated in 0Cr13Ni6Mo and 26Cr2Ni4MoV steels. 针对典型承受高、低周双频复合载荷的水轮机叶片、电机转子用钢进行了低周疲劳、高低周双频复合疲劳的裂纹萌生及扩展规律的探讨。在频率比确定的条件下,载荷比是影响双频疲劳裂纹萌生及扩展的一个重要因素。随着载荷比的升高,疲劳裂纹萌生寿命大大缩短,裂纹扩展速率加快,疲劳断口呈现明显的周期特征。高、低周双频复合疲劳载荷各自的独特作用以及高、低周载荷在裂纹尖端引起的塑性区的交互作用是造成疲劳断口独特形貌的主要原因。
