This article is going to introduce an automatic survey and drawing of an irregular curved surface and its theoretical analysis. A detail description of the computer-drawing method and its process is given through an example of a blade of water wheel. This new method has a much higher speed and accuracy compared with the convetional mapping method. Therefore, an approach is worked out for surveying 8c drawing blades of axial, turbines pumps as well as appropriate arbitrary curved surfaces.

本文介绍不规则曲面的自动测绘方法和理论分析,并以水轮机叶片为例,叙述计算机绘图的方法和步骤,其同目前常用的测绘方法相比,具有速度快、精确性高的优点,因而为轴流式水轮机、水泵的叶片以及相应的任意曲面自动绘制和加工提供一种较新的途径.

In this paper,a new dynamical multimetering system of hydraulic turbine blades stresses is introduced.The practice used in this field has proved that this system operated is stably,safely and controlling conveniently. It creates a useful condition for stresses measurement of hydraulic turbine blades.

In this paper also enumerated the advantages and application of the new contraction meanwhile gave out its main dimensions and calculation method.

随着水力资源的开发,转桨式水轮机叶片日趋增大。采用多层弧板组合式流线样板检查弧长8m的葛洲坝水轮机叶片已不适用.本文提出并阐述了衍架式触点样板的结构方案,解决了样板笨重及易变形的问题.列举了新结构的优点、用途.并给出了样板关键尺寸的计算方法。
