The measuring. temPerature range is between- 50℃ and 120℃,and frequency is between static state and 10Hz.Instead of method by using artificial compensating R-C circuits, a new kind of softwaremethod for correcting hysteresis loop has been proposed. The experimental results are in goodagreement with thd standard values and data measured by compensating circuit methed respectively. Finally least squares simulating methed has been used for dividing piezoelectric effectpart from electrostrictive effect part in high electric field.

本文论述了为测量电诱应变材料的强电场特性而建立的电诱应变与电滞回线微机控制同步超低频测量系统,该系统的测量温度范围为-50℃~120℃,可以同步测量从静态到慢动态(10HZ)之间不同频率下的铁电、电诱应变特性;提出了一种软件修正电滞回线的方法,通过对替代物(阻容元件)的测量以及诸钛酸铅铜材料的对比实验,表明该修正方法可以得到满意的结果;采用最小二乘拟合的方法,对铁电材料强场下电诱应变的压电分量和电致伸缩分量进行了分离。

为了精确测量公路桥墩的振动幅度,消除行车隐患,采用超低频绝对振动位移传感器作桥墩振动特性检测器件,设计了公路桥墩振动测量分析仪。用动态特性补偿原理,经过低频扩展电路和积分电路,解决了普通电磁式传感器不能直接用于超低频测量的问题。该仪器频带范围为0.35~30Hz,线性度为0.5%,灵敏度为0.001V/mm,误差范围为-3%~3%。
