A naval ship electric propulsion unit is a complex ship-machine-electricity system.The current method of studying its dynamic characteristics by building the model based on the theoretical analysis often meets trouble in practice,for the analysis is complicated,and the model obtained cannot be put into practice easily.This paper makes a tentative study on the introduction of system identification method into the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the naval ships' electric propulsion system. The structure and parameters of the model are through a practical test of ship model and an identifica- tion computation.In order to overcome the influence of correlated noise,Recursive Extended Least Squares(RELS)method is used in parameter estimation,and the model is tested in its fitting degree and convergence.The result indicates that the dynamic model obtained through the above-mentioned method is applicable.

舰船电力推进是一个复杂的船—机—电系统。对其动态特性的研究,利用现有的基于理论分析建立机理模型的方法,就会遇到分析过程繁杂、模型适用性差的实际困难。本文则利用系统辨识方法建立舰船电力推进系统的动态模型,通过一个具体的船模实验及辨识计算,确定模型的结构和参数。为了克服相关噪声的影响,参数估计中采用了增广矩阵法。并对模型从拟合程度和收敛性两方面进行了检验,结果表明,上述方法所得到的动态模型是适用的。

Radar reflectional signals from the waves of sea-surface are called sea clutter, which interfere with the radar images of the targets to be detected. We can't establish a precisely mathematical model for the sea clutter. In the command and control system of naval ships and boats, the tactics seafaring environment must be imitated for land-based tactics training. This article gives technically an approximate method of simulation for the sea.

In this paper, we pointed out that the error of image segmenting that converts a grey level image into a binary graphic is a more important factor.It is the reason that leads to reduce the correct probabilityof target recognition. In order to increase the correct rate of ship recognition, we proposed the superstructure moment invariants description of ships. It is proved that our scheme have a much stronger descrimination ability to identify two ships than that of the general ones. The result of simulation reserch shows that this new scheme has a very high accuracy for ship recognition.

不变矩用于各种目标识别的特征描述,受到了广泛的注意,许多作者研究了基于不变矩描述的飞机、桥梁、建筑物和舰船等目标的识别[1,2,3]。CHO-HUAKTENetal.[5]在理论上研究了连续图象由于空间离散化和亮度量化引起不变矩误差即不变性降低的问题,本文进一步从理论和实验两方面分析了引起目标描述不变矩误差并从而限制目标正确识别概率的其它因素。为克服上述问题,本文提出了用于舰船目标识别的上层建筑不变矩描述,并在具有1440幅舰船图象的目标库上,进行了舰船识别仿真,统计分析和识别结果均表明,上层建筑不变矩较之传统的不变矩描述,具有强得多的鉴别两类目标的能力,从而极大地提高舰船的正确识别率。
