The removal of Cd2+ by Kloeckera apiculata Strains immobilized with polyactylamide have been studied.Inculded are the studies aimed at elucidating the basic mechanism and the optimum conditions of Cd2+ removal and desorption recovery with analytical methods of chemical and electron microscope.The process showed that 98.9% of Cd2+ could be removed by the immobilized cells at pH9,Cd2+ from 1 to 400mg/L,reaction 1h,but free cells only 37.6%.The recovery of Cd2+ was 88.5% and 87.6% by 0.1M HCI and 0.1M EDTA respectively.The...

采用海藻酸钙加活性碳的方法对酵母菌进行固定化。正交试验结果表明 ,三者合适配比为海藻酸钠 3 % ,活性碳 10 % ,氯化钙 4%。此方法制得的凝胶颗粒机械强度好、经久耐用。固定化酵母菌凝胶小球最适条件为 :培养时间为 48h ,培养温度为 3 7℃ ,培养基pH为 3 0 ,凝胶量为 10 g。固定化细胞经多次脱色后能重复使用 ,4次脱色后其脱色率还达 79 2 %。
