提出一种用概率分析法获知孔、轴在各种过渡配合中,间隙(或过盈)发生概率的理论计算方法。并对几种常用过渡配合的理论计算值及实际统计值作比较,这对于机械设计中的精度选择有实际参考意义。本文还提出运用统计尺寸公差手段,控制实际尺寸的概率变化特性,以期使配合按正态对称分布,改善配合性质,提高产品技术性能。
