In this paper, the joint is treated as a entirety to analyze the stress distribution of flange and bolt considering the influences of the rotation of the flanges and the inner pressure. On the basis of it, the strength reliabilities of flange and bolt are investigated. The example shows the presented methods of calculating flange and bolt strength reliabilities are feasible.

螺栓法兰系统作为一种方便的可拆卸连接 ,在现代化工、航空航天等领域应用非常广泛。这种连接结构不仅要求各连接元件在预紧和操作情况下不发生强度破坏 ,同时还要求满足一定的密封性能。本文将垫片螺栓法兰作为一个整体 ,考虑到法兰旋转、内压对垫片螺栓法兰系统受力与变形的影响 ,按照极限载荷法确定螺栓与法兰环的极限状态 ,对螺栓按拉伸、拉伸与弯曲组合计算模糊可靠度 ,对法兰环轴向按弯曲、径向及轴向按弯曲与薄膜应力组合计算其模糊可靠度。算例表明 ,本文提出的螺栓法兰可靠度计算方法是可行的

In the same time,a new method is presented which translates the solution of a nonlinear equation group into that of optimum problem and genetic arithmetic and Newton iterative method are applied to solve the nonlinear equation group. 分别在预紧和操作情况下 ,应用弹性理论对螺栓法兰系统进行了较为详细的载荷 变形分析 ,同时提出了将方程组的求解转化为优化问题 ,应用遗传算法结合牛顿迭代法来求解相关的非线性方程组。算例表明 ,考虑法兰旋转时更能反映螺栓法兰系统的真实受力情况。

Load analysis was conducted on bolted-flange connecting system, and the deformation-compatibility equation of the system was derived. By calculating, the interrelationship were analysed among gasket compression stress, leakage rate and medium pressure, and the calculation results were compared with test results of rigid flange connecting system.Meanwhile the performance of graphite spiral wound gasket under different technique parameters was analysed.

对螺栓法兰连接系统进行受力分析 ,导出变形协调方程 ,通过计算 ,分析垫片压紧应力、泄漏率和介质压力之间的关系 ,并与刚性法兰系统的实验结果相比较。同时对不同工艺参数下的石墨缠绕垫片性能进行分析。
