The results show;(T)the 3-12 percent content of silica in paddy straw did not affect the fer- mentation;2paddy straw containing water 80 ml/10g,mixed with 0. 2-0. 4 percent surfactant (common Gige) and fermented with Trichoderma sp. for 7 days at 28 C were degraded better,and the cellulase activity and concentration of sugar increased by 17-4% and 11. 6% respectively; the effects of oxygenic pressure,the granule size of ground paddy straw,nitrogen and pH on fermentation were very significant,among which pH was the most important. The pH value of the substrate was different in various conditions of fermentation,which increased during solid fermentation and decreased during liquid fermentation.

The experiment was carried out to access the effect of feeding enzyme - treated rice straw on growing performance of growing dairy cows. The experiment was conducted as single factor design, and the experimental cows were received three different diet, that is rice straw sulage treated with enzyme preparation (group 1) and wheat bran, enzyme - treated rice straw silage (group 2) and rice straw silage(control). The result showed that all three kinds of rice straw silage were fermented well, and the dry matter intake (DMI) and average daily gain(ADG) of the cows received group 1 diet were significantly increased compared to control (p> 0.05).DMI of group 1 and 2 were increased by 58.6% and 32.2%, ADG by 34.4% and 11.8% compared to control. Enzyme addition improved the fermentative characteristics and nutritive fresh value of rice straw silage.

本研究以新鲜晚稻草为原料,探讨了添加Strawzyme酶制剂对青贮晚稻草发酵品质和育成牛生产性能的影响。试验设3个处理,试验1组每吨稻草(DM)加酶800克和麸皮50千克;试验2组每吨稻草加酶800克;对照组只加水调制。各处理青贮料感官评定均属于良好青贮料。试验1组的青贮料采食量和育成牛的日增重均显著高于对照组(p<0.05),试验1组和2组的采食量分别比对照组高58.6%,32.2%;日增重分别比对照组高34.3%和11.8%。青贮晚稻草中添加Strawzyme可以改善青贮晚稻草的发酵品质,提高营养价值。

Rice straw was pretreated with hydrochloric acid, and fermented with white-rot fungi for preparing animal feed. In view of optimizing the fermentation technology, the test results indicated that when the initial pH value of rice straw was 7.0, the inoculated amount was 10% and the fermentation was carried out under 50℃ for 10 days, the rice straw could be degraded with its contents of lignin and protein being decreased and increased by 20.48% and 42.83% respectively.

稻草经盐酸预处理后 ,采用白腐真菌进行发酵制备饲料 ,对发酵工艺进行了优化 ,试验结果表明 ,当稻草发酵初始pH值为 7.0 ,接种量为 10 % ,发酵温度为 5 0℃时 ,发酵时间为 10d ,稻草可被降解 ,木质素含量下降 2 0 .4 8% ,蛋白质含量增加4 2 .83%。
