The development of rice endosperm and its amyloplast. protein bodies were observed with light and electron microscopes. The division way of endosperm nucleus was ascertained by the method of total dissection. The proliferation dynamics of endosperm cells was studied by the method that the enzymolyzed cell suspension was pumped to filtrate through a microporous filter film. The main results were as follows: (1) In rice endosperm, the division of free nuclei and cells had two kinds of forms: amitosis and mitosis, and the amitosis was the majority. (2) When the nuclear phase ended, the phragmoplast was formed between the free nucleus. Then the cell wall was developed. (3) The division duration of endosperm cells was affected by temperature. The increment of cells was fast when the air temperature was higher. At 27℃ on average, the division duration lasted 12 days. (4) Amyloplast was developed from plastid of accumulated starch. The plastid might divide via coming out gemma or contracting the middle part to break. (5) There were two kinds of protein bodies P1 and P2 in endosperm cells. They were all formed in rough endoplasmic reticulum. But P1 were accumulated in the sac which was surround by endoplasmic reticulum, and P2 in vacuoles. (6) The milking material which was unloaded from dorsal vascular bundle must pass apoplast, then transported into endosperm. Aleurone layer was the cell layer by which the endosperm assimilated nutrients.

The division way of endosperm free nuclei was observed with the method of whole dissection. The endosperm were analyzed with cellulose enzyme. The prolificative development of endosperm cells was determined with filter film. The development of endosperm cells and transporting system in caryopsis were observed by using resin embedding and cutting section. The major results are as follows: (1) Barley endosperm nucleus division has two forms: mitosis and amitosis, and the former is the majority. The division speed is influenced remarkably by temperature. The division cycle of free nucleus is 4.6h at 30℃. And division period of endosperm cell lasts about 18 days. That is, the divison would stop when grain fresh weight gets to 85% of the maximum. (2) 4 DAF (days after flowering), amyloplast precursor emerges in endosperm cell. then begin to accumulate starch. (3) 9 DAF, the protein bodies emerges in endosperm cell. The protein is synthesized by rough endoplasmic reticulum and concentrated into Golgi vesicles by Golgi bodies. Then the Golgi vesicles fuse into these protein bodies in the cytoplasm. Small protein bodies could merge into big protein bodies. (4) 3 DAF, the phragmoplast is produced by free nuclei during telophase, then form cell wall. (5) The milky material which is unloaded from dorsal vascular bundle must go through ectoplasm body, then go into embryo.

用整体解剖法观察了二棱大麦胚乳游离核的分裂,用纤维素酶解离胚乳,滤膜法计数胚乳细胞等方法测定了胚乳细胞的增殖变化;用树脂包埋切片法,研究了胚乳细胞的发育和颖果中的输导系统。主要结果如下:(1)二棱大麦胚乳核的分裂有两种方式:有丝分裂与无丝分裂,并以有丝分裂为主;分裂速度显著受温度的影响。在平均气温30℃时游离核的分裂周期为4.6h;胚乳细胞的分裂的持续时间约为18d,即约在籽粒鲜重达最大值的85%时分裂停止。(2)花后第4d,胚乳细胞中出现淀粉体前体,并开始积累淀粉。(3)花后第9d,胚乳细胞中出现蛋白体,它们是由粗糙内质网合成的蛋白质,经高尔基体浓缩成高尔基小泡,这些小泡在细胞质中融合而成;大的蛋白体可由小的蛋白体合并产生。(4)开花后第3d,游离核间产生成膜体,形成细胞壁。(5)由背部维管束卸出的灌浆物质需经过质外体后才能进入胚乳
