Based on the data from measuring humanbody contours, a method about fast curve fitting by means of control polygon in Chaikin algorithm is presented. This method gives several plans about distribution of points according to different cross sections, therefore it is able to construct a module of humanbody quickly.

From these obtained calibrated camera views, the volume model of a person is estimated using shape-from-silhouette approach. An algorithm of surface reconstruction is used to extract the surface of the person from volume model. After texture mapping with original camera views, the realistic 3D Model of the person is obtained. In order to make the result model more realistic, some advanced techniques like texture filtering and texture synthesis are applied to the textured 3D model. Compared with some active scanning methods such as laser scanning and structured lights, the running experiment results show that this approach is very efficient and the accuracy is good enough.

逼真的人体三维模型 (虚拟人体 )在产品设计、计算机动画、虚拟现实等领域都有着广泛的需求 .为此 ,提出了一种基于 shape from silhouette的人体三维模型构造方法 .该方法所需要的器材只是一个普通的数码相机 ,通过从不同角度对人体进行拍摄 ,然后经过摄像机定标、体积生成、表面重建、纹理映射后就可重建出逼真的人体三维模型 .实验结果表明 ,此方法精度较高 ,整个过程简单快捷 ,是一种非常实用的方法 .

In this paper the algorism of regarding triangle strips was selected as basic elements to reconstruct human body surface on the basis of the data from non-contact measurement system. The reconstructed human body with the algorism depended on the calculating results of the patch boundaries. With view to the authentic situation of garment industry, the paper described the planar cross-section curves by non-uniform B spline and by using this algorism. 三维人体重构通过人体非接触测量得到人体数据[1],利用计算机系统进行三维重构,使重构后的模型能再现出人体.本文结合以三角面片为基元对人体表面进行重构的算法,通过三维非接触测量系统得到的人体采样数据实际状况,以网格边界线为连续条件,对人体躯干部位进行重构,并在VC++环境下运用OpenGL技术实现了人体三维模型的显示.
