In this paper,a fuzzy measurement of benefit contributions by using fuzzy ISODATA algorithms is presented along with a real world case example-the R&D project selection of aircraft engine of china. The 14 project candidates are fuzzily classified as 3 classes in terms of the evaluation of their benefit contributions made by 12 experts. It is concluded that the fuzzy ISODATA algorithm is an effective method for R&D project selection.

本文将Fuzzy ISODATA方法用于科研项目的选择,并结合中国航空发动机涡轮冷却专业的科研选题实例进行了定量分析。用Fuzzy ISODATA方法将14个备选项目按其对总目标的贡献值划分为3类。结果表明,该方法具有划分合理,结果直观,计算速度快便于对大量项目进行选择的优点。

提出了一类常见的整数线性规划的新算法,该算法不是沿袭求解线性规划的传统思路,从可行域的边缘整数点上寻找最优解,而是根据各变量对目标的贡献大小确定出分配变量,经有限次分配后可获得最优解.该算法计算量较小,计算效率高,且在有限步内可获得最优解.与目前的分枝定界法、割平面法相比,具有一定的优越性
