Artificial infections by injection, dipping and feeding methods proved that these isolates were some of the pathogens of the disease.The isolates were tested for more than 5O unit characters and according to Bergey's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology 9th, were classified as Vibrio gazogenes.The bacteria were gram negative, curved rods, with single polar flagellum,produced red pigment. Oxidase, arginine dihydrolase, lysine and ornithine decarboxy1ase tests were negative. Some of the other characteristics, such as production of gas from glucose, utilization of xylose, salicin and sorbitol, negative for nitrates reduced to nitrites, citrate utilization, positive for amylase, gelatinase and lipase production, sensitivity to 0/129, were also proved.Optimum growth temperature, pH and salinity were 25 to 3O, 7.5 to 8.5 and 1.0% to 2O% sodium chloride respectively.These isolates were highly sensitive to Leucomycin, Cefazolin, Novobiocin,Tetracycline, Carbenicillin,Lincomycini and Medemycin- ms is the first reported of V gazogenes as a pathogen of shrimp disease.

于1993年8月,从山东省昌邑县下营镇患败血病的中国对虾血淋巴内分离到多株细菌,其中2株人工感染证实为病原菌;经50多项形态、生理、生化特性测试鉴定为产气弧菌门Vibriogazogenes,其主要特性为:革兰氏阴性,弧状,极生单鞭毛,产生红色素,氧化酶呈阳性,精氨酸双水解酶、赖氨酸脱羧酶、鸟氨酸脱羧酶均为阴性,淀粉酶、明胶酶为阳性,硝酸盐还原阴性,利用木糖、水杨苷、山梨醇发酵葡萄糖产气,利用柠檬酸盐为阳性。生长最适温度在25-30℃,最适NaCl在1.0%-2.0%(W/V),最适pH在7.5-8.5。对柱晶白霉素、先锋霉素5号、新生霉素、四环素、活霉素、羧苄青霉素、麦迪霉素等极为敏感。产气弧菌引起中国对虾败血病在国内外属首次报道。

大肠杆菌(E.coli)O157属于大肠杆菌的一个血清型,是引起出血性肠炎的主要病原体。山梨醇不发酵是目前进行E.coli O157筛选时的重要依据。本实验室用免疫法从冻鸡腿中分离出三株山梨醇发酵阳性的 E.coli O157,提示选用免疫法代替山梨醇发酵特征来进行 E.coli O157检测的必要性。

A strain of Escherichia coli O157H7 was isolated from imported freezed sea fish, using rapid antigen test, mini-Vidas enzyme linked immunofluorescent test and others in December, 1998. Some different charactersticts were found between this strain and those described in a variety of publications. It could ferment rhamnose and sorbitol rapidly, but could not ferment raffinose, melampyrin and MUG test was positive. So, other methods such as serologyical test should be used in our routine surveillance.

本文报道了98年12月,我们采用快速抗原检测方法和Vidas-酶联免疫荧光方法等方法,从进口的冷冻海鱼中分离检出一株O157∶H7大肠杆菌。该菌株与许多资料报道的O157∶H7大肠杆菌存在明显不同之处,其快速发酵山梨醇、发酵鼠李糖,不发酵棉子糖、卫茅醇,MUG试验阳性。因此,我们在日常的检验工作中应结合血清学等多种检测方法综合作出判断。
