It is known that resources of oil shale are abundant both in theU.S.A.and China.The overall oil yield in the conventional combus-tion retorting process is substantially lower than that obtained under la-boratory condition.Especially for retorting of low grade oil shale,a sub-stantial amount of product oil is burned to supply the heat requiredfor retorting.This further lowers the yield,making the oil recovery evenless economical.Therefore it is our goal to develop a method to recoverthe oil as much as possible...

It is known that resources of oil shale are abundant both in theU.S.A.and China.The overall oil yield in the conventional combus-tion retorting process is substantially lower than that obtained under la-boratory condition.Especially for retorting of low grade oil shale,a sub-stantial amount of product oil is burned to supply the heat requiredfor retorting.This further lowers the yield,making the oil recovery evenless economical.Therefore it is our goal to develop a method to recoverthe oil as much as possible from low grade oil shale by adding a smallamount of coal.The idea is to supply thermal energy by burning coalinstead of burning product oil which will in turn improve the oil yield.The effect of the amount of coal added has been studied for various flowrates of air and different grades of oil shale.The results show that oil yield is increased by as much as 40% with3%(w)of coal added.The distance between the combustion and the re-torting zone is enlarged with the addition of coal.Therefore,this studyhas verified that the addition of coal not only increases the oil yield ofthe low grade oil shale but also improves the retorting condition.

美国和中国有丰富的油页岩资源。由于燃烧式干馏炉处理低品位的油页岩时.一部份产物油被烧掉以补充干馏所需的热量,从而降低了油收率。因此,采用添加少量煤的方法,以补充热量,提高油收率。本文研究煤的添加量对不同空气流速和不同品位油页岩干馏的影响。试验表明,当添加3w%的煤时,油收率可增加40%。此外,由于煤的加入使燃烧段和干馏段之间的距离增大,因此,还可改善干馏条件。

By proceeding with analyzing the characters of atmospheric po- ution in China,It probes the rational utilzition way of coal and oil shale resources and makes comparisons on various methods of reducing SO_2 emissions from com- bustion of coal in this paper.Studies on sulphur release and retention during flu-idized bed combustion of coal and oil shale have been reviewed,and the problems to research profoundly are pointed out as the following:(1)the self-desulphurization by ash;(2)water content in coal and oil shale affecting SO_2 capture by sorbents;(3)the influence of feeding back of volatile combustion flame energy on SO_2 transient release during oil shale particle combustion;(4)sulphur transformation mechanism and intrinsic kinetics during coal and oil shale combustion and(5)the effects of the presence of inerts on limestone sulphation.

本文从分析我国大气污染的特征入手,探讨了煤和油页岩资源的合理利用途径,进行了降低燃煤排放SO_2的方法比较,评述了煤和油页岩流化床燃烧过程中硫释放和脱除研究的现状,指出有待深入研究的问题有:(1)灰分的自固硫;(2)煤和油页岩含水量对脱硫的影响;(3)挥发分燃烧的火焰能量对颗粒油页岩燃烧排放SO_2的影响;(4)煤和油页岩燃烧过程中硫释放的机理和本征动力学;(5)石灰石中惰性杂质对固硫性能的作用。

某煤矿含有大量的油页岩 ,属煤系高岭岩系列。根据油页岩的鉴定结果和实验室初步试验研究 ,认为可以利用该油页岩干馏脱水后生成的偏高岭石 ,作为生产高强混凝土的添加剂 ;也可以经过脱除显色物质后 ,制取高附加值的优质高岭土产品或深加工生产高质量的白炭黑及铝盐等产品。综合利用油页岩资源 ,是该煤矿可持续发展必须解决的重要问题。
