依照输送水汽的环流系统和降水的天气学条件,将我国分为十个区。将每个区的0.8米地温距平与相邻各区相比较,从而将地温距平状况分为5个等级:即:高(+2级)、次高(+1级)、平(0级)、次低(- 1级)、低(- 2级)。用每一区中降水正距平面积所占比例(PR~′_s)作为指标,发现冬季(12—2月)地温等级与春季(3—5月)PR~′_s的正相关非常密切,据此建立了预报回归方程。最后用1984和1985年实例,叙述了季度降水的预报方法。

In this paper, the correlations between some ENSO indexs and precipi- tation of 19 stations in South China have been analyzed. It is found that: 1) The influences of ENSO on precipitation in South China change with the seasons. Generally, in summer half year, precipitation of more stations mainly relatives to the index in atmosphere; and in winter hlaf year, the influences by sea index are getting stronger, but mainly on some inland stations. 2) The contemparacy corr- elation between some ENSO indexs and precipitation...

本文分析了华南19个测站的降水和与ENSO事件有关指数之间的相关。得到:①华南各季降水与ENSO事件有关指数之间的关系有较大的差别。一般冬春季降水与所选的表征大气异常指数的相关较好,而春秋季的降水与所选的表征海洋异常指数的相关增强;②几种与ENSO事件有关的指数除与同期降水有一定关系外,对后期第1、2个季度的降水也有影响,但对后期第3个季度的降水影响极小;③各地降水与ENSO有关指数之间的关系虽有一定的时空差异,但有一定的规律和联系。

From the need of seasonal precipitation forecasts,using the precipitation data of 8 stations in Xiangxi region,the climatic feature and the evolution trend of precipitation during flood season from April to September have been analysed.These results are of important reference for precipitation forecast in flood season.

季度降水预报业务的需要出发,根据湘西自治州8个测站的降水资料,分析了汛期(4—9月)降水的气候特征和变化趋势,以期为预报汛期雨量提供参考
