On basis of transmission analysis of fewer teeth difference internal gear meshing, two main restriction factors of few teeth difference internal gear meshing are introduced and Newton iteration formula of the modification coefficient that is based on internal gear is cut with cutter and external gear is cut with hob is presented. The Newton iteration formula can satisfy given contact ratio and non-trochoidal interference ratio. The accuracy of the formula is tested and verified with an example and computation result is compared with which derived from that internal gear and external gear are cut with gear hob. The result of Newton iteration formula can ensure standard top gap separation and that meshing angle is slightly smaller.

The parametric modeling of spiral bevel gear was realized by means of Pro/E's complicated surfaces modeling and program function,and the methods,steps were described.Some useful tools and methods were provided for the further researches of transmission,analysis,and machining of spiral bevel gears.

介绍了利用Pro/E复杂曲面造型及Program开发功能实现弧齿锥齿轮三维参数化设计的基本思想、方法和步骤,为弧齿锥齿轮啮合、传动、分析、加工等方面的深入研究提供了十分有用的工具和手段。
