Components engineers should possess such reliability analysis and failure analysis abilities as to do work better.

本文使用八个案例,主要介绍了作者多年来在被动元器件领域的工作经验和体会,以及遇到的元器件典型失效分析和改进方法,从元器件的制造工艺和过程、整机厂使用元器件过程中应该注意的问题,到测试方法的优化选择、检验标准的不断补充完善、产品特性的持续改进、失效样品的微观分析等各方面,说明元器件工程师所必须具备的可靠性分析和失效分析能力,从而把工作做得更好。
