资源再利用和循环利用是可持续发展的客观要求。本文采用担子菌LMPQ_(39)和酵母菌Y_(18)混合固态发酵技术,成功地使玉米废渣转化为优质的配合蛋白饲料。经固态发酵中试生产,发酵产品纤维物质总降解率达41.42%,粗蛋白含量达21.86%。蛋白质营养学评价为:消化率80.71%,净利用率33.7%,生物价42.36。经毒理学分析:LD_(50)>10g/kg体重,精子畸变试验,微核试验和Ames试验均呈阴性。该技术可广泛应用于以淀粉为基质的配合蛋白饲料发酵生产,具明显的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。

Feed multienzyme preparation from byproducts of grainprocessing by mixed-culture solid state fermentation was reported. The ratio of wheat bran: beancake: rice bran in the culture medium was 271. After culturing at 30 ℃ for 46 hours, one gram of dried medium contained glucoamylase 2 050 U, cellulase 3 760 U, proteinase 7 340 U,pectate lyase 331 U.

以粮食加工副产物为原料,经多菌种混合固态发酵后制备了高酶活的饲用复合酶制剂。培养基配比为麦麸豆粕米糠= 271。30 ℃培养46 h 后, 每克干物质中含有糖化酶2 050 U, 纤维素酶3 760 U,蛋白酶7 340 U,果胶酶331 U。

The interrelated factors viz. inorganic nitrogen and salts affecting protien increasing were studied through experiments under the optimum cluture medium formular of solid fermentation using brewer's residue as main raw material. The best level of interlated factors was determinated.
