    The protection technology of electroless nickel plating on bonded NdFeB permanent magnets has been studied.The effects of various pretreatment processes and special electroless plating bath on coating properties have been investigated.A feasible technological process has been summarized and a high corrosion resistant coating is obtained.The protective and magnetic properties have been tested.

    研究了NdFeB粘结永磁材料化学镀镍磷合金的防护工艺。研究了不同前处理工艺与专业化学镀镍槽液相结合对镀层性能的影响。总结出了较优化的工艺流程,获得了质量良好的耐蚀性镀层,并对各种性能进行了测试和讨论。
