This paper dealt with the results of shop experiment on the activated sludge treatment process of waste from soda process of paper mill. The test model was of complete-mix flow type. The aim of the experiment was to measure process parameters such as sludge load rate, SVI, sludge settling velocity and treatment efficiency. The optimum MLSS concentration and aeration time were 5000-7000mg/l and over8h respectively. Sludge activity has been improved. Meanwhile, the influence of SO42- on biological treatment system and offensive odor was eliminated, COD removal is above 95%, 65% higher than past. This rapid start-up method provides an example for disposing wastewater resembled acidic organic wastewater in high concentration.

研究了铁屑在UASB处理含硫高浓度有机废水中的作用,以生活污水处理厂剩余污泥为种泥,适量加入铁屑和活性炭颗粒,实现了UASB的快速启动,并在较短的时间内(21d左右)培养出了厌氧颗粒污泥,颗粒污泥增殖速率为0.0686d-1,为不加铁屑的3.48倍,大幅度提高了污泥活性。同时成功的消除了SO42-对生物处理系统的影响,COD的去除率保持在95%以上,比对照试验结果高出65%,同时出水消除了恶臭。试验方法和结果可为类似酸性高浓度有机废水处理和工艺调试的快速启动提供参考。

目的研究一体式膜生物反应器(IMBR)中活性污泥增殖动力学参数随温度的变化规律.方法采用两套相同的IMBR实验装置做不同温度条件的对比试验,并在不同温度下求解出微生物理论产率系数YG和污泥衰减系数b的值,推导出YG和b随温度影响的规律.结果本实验求得YG和b的值在大多温度下不在普通活性污泥法YG和b值的范围内.YG和b随温度的升高,其变化趋势并不是单一的.相较于微生物产率系数YG的变化趋势,污泥衰减系数b的变化走向就显得平缓了许多.结论在30℃之前YG随温度得升高而降低,在30℃之后YG随温度得升高而升高.温度对污泥衰减系数b变化的影响并不大.
