In this paper, the result of using the cellulose, Semi-cellulose and lignin from the by products of distillery to grow edible fungus is reported. It is shown that its biological efficiency of fungus growing is about 48%-77.7% without adding other nutritions materials Thus the solid distiller's residuals not only can produce biogas, its cellulose composition, which is difficult to ferment anaerobically, also can be integratedly used for fungus growing.

本文报道了利用固体酒糟厌氧发酵前处理剩余物生产平菇技术的研究结果。 平菇生长条件:酒糟培养料的pH值为3—9,以微碱性最佳;酒糟含水量在27%—78%之间,以45%—60%最佳。利用晒干原糟生产平菇,接种后前期料温偏高,需要加强管理。

本文报道了固体酒糟厌氧发酵几种前处理剩余物作为栽培食用菌培养基时的最佳处理工艺。结果表明,在熟料瓶栽条件下,平菇菌丝生长速度以水洗甩干湿用最快,其次是水洗晒干糟,再次为新鲜晒干糟。新鲜酒糟直接装瓶栽培时平菇菌丝生长最慢或不长;生料接种压块栽培时,对于新鲜酒糟平菇菌丝不长,而对于水洗甩干糟(含水量60%)菌丝生长最快。

本课题所研究的三个方面,为在大中型沼气工程中运用先进的科学技术,对我国的沼气事业从现有的基础上提高一步提供了科学依据;并对开展城镇的生产(如酒广)和生活污水及有机废弃物的处理,减轻环境污染,促进生态良性循环作了有益的探索。研究过程中提出的UASB处理固体酒糟滤液的封闭循环工艺流程,频具有创新之见,研制的ZD机设计合理,有发展为新产品的可能性。
