Hence the surface run-offbehaves similar feature to the rainfall causing flood and/or drought deposit elsewhere.

本文分析了海南岛的降水特性,指出:该岛年降水量多而地区差异大;雨季干季分明而降水年际差异大;大气可降水量终年相近但水汽通量则季节变化明显。地表径流的计算结果表明,由于海南岛地形为中间隆起四周低乎,河流多而短,贮水能力有限,故地表径流也具有类似于降水的特点而导致旱涝地域分布不均匀。降水特点的成因,一是天气系统的影响,二是地形的作用。 本文最后分析了该岛降水特性对经济开发的影响,提出了注意蓄水防旱、保护生物资源、合理安排能源的利用和开发等合理化建议。

通过对6次不同云系电特性、回波、对流及降水特性的综合分析,探讨了它们之间的相关性。结果表明:除不稳定能量外,-10℃层和0℃层高度以及他们之间的高度差、0℃层与云顶的高度差也是表征雷暴动力和电特性的重要参量;雷暴云起电过程对冰相作用有较强的依赖性;雷暴中的电活动与对流活动成正相关,闪电多发生在30dBz强回波高度大于-10℃层高度时段内,强烈的电活动与强降雨有很好的对应关系,而与一般性降雨对应关系较差;在雷暴消散期,闪电可能会影响雷暴的特性

In this paper,the genesis of, time and space distribution characteristics of and the factors such as topography,forest,elevation and geological location influencing on the precipitation in Shanxi Province are illustrated,which will provide a reference for the analysis of runoff and for the application of precipitation data in various district and catchment.

本文分析了我省降水分布规律 ,对影响降雨的重要因素进行了论证 ,对研究我省降水特性、判断资料的合理性、可靠性 ,以及不同地区、不同流域的径流情势的分析和降水资料的应用都有一定的参考价值。
